[轉載]好吃的印度菜單研究


#照片中的薄餅好像叫Papadum...不知加了什麼香料..很薄很脆..咀嚼中慢慢感受到漸漸釋出的淡淡香料味..二種醬汁..綠色是香料...紅色甜甜的

因為吃素的Paul學長要回台灣了
Andrew挑了在Sat Mateo的 Bombay Garden印度餐廳為他踐行
說是為Paul學長踐行
其實該感謝學長有這樣的機會
讓大家聚一聚
趁機享受美食才對...:)
在台灣時 我只吃過一次印度菜
是在台中市金典酒店對面的印度餐廳
那也是印度人開的店
但覺得這次在Bombay Garden吃的更精緻好吃
謝謝Andrew....你選的餐廳還沒讓我們失望過呢!

因為享用完美食後
對印度菜的好感提昇不少
上網找了些印度菜名的資料
至少以後看印度菜單時
有個概念

因為本人超愛吃印度菜, 可是每次去吃飯時都看不懂菜單, 所以今天閑來無事(其實不是沒事, 是有事不想作) 把印度菜的菜名全部GOOGLE一遍. 雖然還是有很多沒查到, 但至少知道自己以前都吃了些啥. 不過印度菜真的超好吃阿!!!!我減肥成功後一定要大吃個三天三夜~
以下列表 N 代表北印菜, S 代表南印菜

* Chutney醬通常以洋蔥、大蒜、香料與蔬果製成,概念上很像果醬,但主要常搭配麵包、馬鈴薯泥與起司等在正餐中食用*
